Renewal is what we need when hope is lost, when our search for meaning, purpose, and fulfillment fails, and when we admit we can’t renew ourselves.
Renewal is only found through Jesus Christ. No self-help book, seminar, personal success, or positive vibe can truly renew our broken, sin-marred souls. Jesus’ perfect life, sacrificial death, and powerful resurrection grants salvation to all who humble themselves and confess Him as Lord and Savior. Only through a personal relationship with Jesus can our deepest longings be satisfied. He welcomes us to call on Him for renewal.

Renewal Stories

Renewal is an annual event at Joyner Park that is hosted by local churches who wish for our neighbors to find new life in Jesus Christ, the only one who gives true and lasting renewal. This event happens rain or shine and consists of a time of inspiring music, personal stories of renewal (see the videos above), and encouraging words of hope.

The outdoor amphitheater is located just down the path from the main parking lot and the restrooms.

No tickets are required and the event is free!

Renewal starts at 4:00 PM but the park is open all day. You’re welcome to come early, bring a picnic, walk or play. There is no assigned or reserved seating. Please bring your own chair or blanket if you wish.

The amphitheater at Joyner is an outdoor lawn area with a stage. You’ll want to bring a chair or blanket to sit on. Depending on weather you may need a hat, sunglasses or even an umbrella. You’re welcome to bring snacks or beverages (park rules prohibit alcohol).

We’re praying for a beautiful day, but the event will go on whether its rain or shine. In the case of a severe thunderstorm or lightning then the event will be canceled.

Renewal is event hosted by multiple local churches who wish to see people find new life in Jesus Christ.

Over the course of two hours you’ll hear multiple testimonies, a few short presentations from local pastors, and we’ll worship God together in song.

Renewal will predominantly be in English but there will be additional Spanish testimonies.

Sure! While the event is free, you’re welcome to contribute funds to help provide logistics and swag. You can give through Faith Youngsville’s online giving website (enter an amount, click “Next,” select a login/guest option, fill out the form and be sure to write “Renewal” in the memo field).
